I feel like I have lost myself... healing is so messy and my thoughts have been so irrational. I'm just looking for support to help me heal....

Any kind of break up, whether it was a marriage, a loss between a boyfriend a girlfriend relationship, or an EMR partner is difficult. I hope you continue to feel better and better.
