Thank you for hosting this forum. I'm Vanessa, and I live within the Bible belt, in southwestern Virginia. I'm here in hopes of receiving support that I can't get in real life because of the stigma towards my circumstances. I'm in a relationship with a married man. I can't believe I just wrote that and am looking at the words, knowing they're real; that my situation is real. I never thought in a million years that I would break girl code and mess around with someone else's husband. He's a contractor who came to my house to do some work, and things have really escalated relationally and situationally, in that we have been having a full-on affair for a year, and I have bought land and am developing it with him doing all the contractual work on it, originally just to please him. Thank you everyone here for being here and accepting me into the fold. I appreciate this forum and all of you already. Thank you!
