I've read a lot about infidelity the last few months to gain a better understanding of why it happens. My husband of 10+ years divorced me and is now with who was once his mistress. However, I am not a victim. It takes two. During the last five years of our marriage, had the wrong person at the wrong time approached me, I would have seized the opportunity.
Reading about the topic has helped me through my grief and fostered forgiveness. I am less critical and judgmental of others, and am now viewing things through a "live and let live" approach.
As life would have it, I have recently met a married man. We are getting to know one another and considering next steps...
