I am a MW with a MM since 2009. Ups and downs but overall UP.. Now that I am closer to retirement, I am not sure I can see him as often. Harder to get out of the house, etc.
Just sad to think that I might lose him after all this . Anyway this is hard for me to open up . I can tell more of my story later

Hello,

My xMM found the same when he retired. He immediately got a couple of hobbies that kept him out all day.  Think of something your husband wouldn't go to.  Join up and the attend occasionally.

It worked for many years.

Hi and welcome.

My guy was able to pour more time into our R after retirement but it did wane after the grands came along, and they came a little late as his adult kids weren’t sure they wanted kids.

If your guy starts planning on joining some clubs and activities now, he may be able to keep the pace you’ve always enjoyed. Best of luck.
No regrets
